Completed Integrative Psychotherapist training with the Welsh Psychotherapy Partnership in 2014; UKCP accredited in 2016. Earned a postgraduate diploma in Contemporary Trauma Practice from Relational Change (Oxford) in 2019. Continuing involvement with this Relational Change Diploma as Guest Trainer.
Initial psychotherapy training for a diploma at the Institute of Arts in Therapy and Education (London). This builds on over twenty five years mental health experience across roles from psychiatric advocacy to specialist mental health housing. Skilled in supporting clients across diverse diagnoses and coordinating referrals when beneficial, while also respecting individual perspectives on diagnosis.
