Her core trainings include relational Transactional Analysis, Gestalt, psychodynamic theory, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and relational neuroscience.
She continues to build on this, having extensive CPD trainings in Internal Family Systems (with Richard Schwartz) ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy.
She has a compassionate, trauma-informed, parts-focused and somatically aware therapeutic approach, that blends elements from several modalities into a coherent method for working with complex trauma and dissociations.
